Standard Turnaround Time

All non-custom bows have a Turnaround Time (TAT) of 5–7 business days.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• TAT begins the next business day after the order is placed.

Custom Name Bows & Personalized Custom Bows

All custom name bows and personalized custom bows have an extended TAT of 2 weeks (14 days).

• This extended timeframe accounts for the design, customization, and production process.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in the 2-week TAT.

Order Processing & Delays

• TAT reflects production time only and does not include shipping time.

• During high-volume periods, minor delays may occur; if so, updates will be provided as needed.

• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the listed TATs.
